We found him to be exceptionally professional, personable, very communicative, attentive to all the details, and very knowledgeable. He listens to his client's needs and provides valuable advice using his experience as a homebuilder. We found him to be a straight shooter and he builds at lot of confidence in his clients. He put together a great marketing plan and we received good interest in our residence and were able to sign a contract in less than a month. This is once of the best experiences we've had with a realtor and highly recommend him.

! Working with him was hassle free...and we were 3,000 miles away in Pennsylvania, able to be on site only occasionally during the 18 month build. His attention to detail, communication continuously with us, and suggestions when we reached crossroads in the construction process were invaluable. When Brad was finished, we didn't have a "punch list" because everything was done right the first time. We won't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants the purchase or sale of a home to go smoothly. You won't find a better organized and conscientious representative of your interests!!

Before we started Brad listened to our desires and requirements for our house and found a lot of good potential houses when we arrived for our house hunting trip. After each house we walked through Brad paid attention to our comments. When we selected a house he was extremely helpful in helping us get the inspections, reports and closing done as planned. His main interest was getting us the house we wanted, and without any sales pressure. He focuses on the customer not on the sale. This home search and purchase wa a truly refreshing experience compared to some of my past experiences.

Some agents are not well versed in the fundamentals of construction and therefore not able to guide buyers agents in what they are looking at. Brad is a calm, patient agent who empathized with with me (the seller) and did everything possible to present the home well. I intend to recommend him to any of my friends in Tucson who are selling in the foothills.

Very knowledgeable with all the areas around Tucson/neighborhoods. I was moving from out of town and he made me feel very comfortable while I was making final decision. He was very patience while I was traveling back and forth to look, which took several months. He Gave honest feedback about homes we were looking at. He is Quick to get back with calls and emails. I feel like I got a fantastic deal on the home that I decided on along with his advice on final purchase price.
